Then, in the extended 12-week journey, these practices become second nature. With your identity shifting, you’ll experience true freedom—food as delicious fuel, brain fog lifting, and energy rising. The second half ensures these habits become effortless, infusing joy, calm, and clarity into your life. The holistic program with focus on great sleep, stress resilience and mindfulness, movement and exercise, delicious nourishing food' fasting and confidence in your lifestyle.
